He began his journey at a renowned turf company in Christchurch as a boy, working on the tools and steadily advancing to the position of General Manager. With extensive experience in both the natural and artificial grass industries, Matt recognised the potential for improvement and was determined to set a higher standard for the turf industry. His deep knowledge and passion drive our commitment to excellence at Lifestyle Lawns.

Hayley, our Marketing and Office Manager as well as Co-Director, Hayley seamlessly embraced her role as a marketing professional, demonstrating exceptional skills in creating impactful promotional materials, overseeing marketing strategies, and efficiently managing office operations. Known for her compassionate nature, Hayley possesses a heart of gold, consistently seeking avenues to contribute to the community through initiatives like giveaways.

Steve, our Business Development Manager, brings a wealth of expertise from his distinguished background in high-end landscaping. With an impressive 18 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Steven’s journey spans from hands-on work to corporate management, showcasing a diverse range of skills and an extensive knowledge base. Misha, serves as our Installation and Projects Manager, bringing 8 years experience in the turf industry. Misha has dedicated himself to the landscaping industry, showcasing exceptional diligence and a commitment to excellence.
